SAFETY POLICY

SAFETY POLICYAKGC maintains a rigorous loss prevention program aiming to prevent human distress and financial loss. Our safety program does not introduce any standard lower than the international standards program. It allows adaptation to meet local requirements and conditions.
To achieve this objective, we aim to promote a safe working environment by proper education and training to the workforce to regard the safety as important as production, cost and quality of work. Proper facilities and standards are provided to assist our people maintain the safety requirement.
Only properly qualified personnel shall be employed for the job. New employees and Unexperienced persons may be employed providing they are given adequate training and are supervised so as to enable them to gain job knowledge and experience. Only when considered qualified for the job may persons be permitted to work without constant supervision. The various Safety precepts described will be strictly observed and any violation will be taken seriously. Those who are not following safety regulations will be terminated from the job site.

What We Do

SSA Contracting is here to give you the unwavering assistance that you needs and possesses a vast database of qualified candidates and ensures the availability of suitable applicants for any given industry and specialty.
SSA Contracting begins prospecting candidates soon after receiving a job order from the Clients. First and foremost, we check to our computerized database to ensure that no stone is left unturned in our search for the best candidates. Secondly, we place an advertisement in leading newspapers, job fairs in various cities and provinces here in KSA.
Our senior staffs and technical interviewers are tasked with the responsibility of pre-screening candidates to come up with a shortlist of the most qualified applicants who will then be endorsed to the Clients for interview and approval. At this stage, the Clients shall be requested to send their representative to KSA to conduct the final interview and trade test. We can also send the CVs of the most qualified candidates direct to the Clients if the first option is not feasible. What sets SSA Contracting apart from other employment agencies is that we conduct our own set of rigorous trade tests over and above to give our Clients a first-rate selection of the best candidates for their job requirements.
